Adaptive Assets was born out of a gap in the data world.

Training for data teams focused on tooling, coding, certifications. But none of those trainings solve the biggest problem companies face: Broken operations.

Our Founder, Laura, saw it firsthand while leading Analytics teams inside high-pressure environments. Her analysts were smart, capable, and technically sharp. Yet they kept getting pulled into low-value tasks. They were overwhelmed with requests. They needed support challenging assumptions, influencing action, and communicating to leadership.

They needed help operating as business partners.

Laura searched for training that addressed this. Everything was technical, or not relevant for data teams. Nothing taught analysts how to think and act like leaders inside the business.

So she built the training herself.

It started as a way to stop her own team from drowning in reactive work. It became a way to develop analysts who could influence without authority. It turned into a curriculum that helped her team become partners instead of task takers.

On the mission to bring this value to other companies, Adaptive Assets was born.

Meet Your Trainer

Hi, I'm Laura.

I started my career as an Investment Banking Analyst in NYC, building investor materials and learning firsthand how executives think and make decisions.

My path brought me from Finance to Tech, and from New York to Dublin, Ireland.

That move taught me an important cultural lesson: influence doesn't come from being a "pushy New Yorker". In Ireland, I learned how to guide action without authority and that leadership comes long before you have the title.

My career's success has come from understanding the business, not from mastering more tools.

Adaptive Assets was a training I wish I'd had earlier in my career. It's a training I've built for my own team to inspire their career growth. And now, I bring this training to other analytics organizations so they can build influence, impact, and build the kind of business partnerships that make analytics teams future-proof.
